Mental note

Task #808 can be fixed by matching <img(.*?)src=”(.*?)”(.*?)/> in GaimEmoticons’s outgoing message handlers, doing a reverse lookup in the emoticon hashtable and inserting the Key in place of the entire capture.

#779 can probably be fixed by calling IncomingMessageHandlers in TabItemEx on the output string using a null ShaimContact to indicate that it’s self-sent and should not be operated upon by non-mutating plugins (logger, etc.).

Oh no, now my shaimful secrets are on the internet :(

shaim 0.3 beta launched on Monday

without comments

Yep, it sure did, although we did have a really rough false start…long story short, Microsoft got some wires crossed and it blew most people out of the water on the first day of release. Very clever, Microsoft, but it’ll take more than that :)

Since Monday I’ve gotten 22 new tasks to work on, mostly bugfixes. Hurray!

shaim is 1 year and 11 days old today

True story. Looking back, it’s hard to believe that I was actually working on shaim 376 days ago, but I was. I wonder where it’ll be 1 year and 11 days from today…maybe usable Haw

The Jack Link’s beef jerky commercials, “Messing with Sasquatch,” are very funny.
